  The staff was extremely helpful at all times - they even arranged a last minute ride to the airport for us due to a transit strike - The staff was very friendly and helpful. All spoke English well enough to answer any concerns or questions we had. The metro was just a short walk away with easy access to all of Paris.   The location is the best, you can walk to the Eiffel Tower with young kids (i had three kids age 3.5Years, 2Years, and 10Month) in around 10 min. to 15 min. The staff is very very cooperative spically the manager. The metro station just cross the road, you can easly use it although i used it only for Disney Land tour.
