  Location was great. Only a short walk to the Gare de Lyon in Paris, which we needed to use most days. Maybe not the best area in Paris to stay, but an easy Metro ride to any other places you may wish to visit. The Reception staff were excellent; very friendly and helpful, and happy to chat in English. The guy on the front desk was excellent, when I arrived at 11pm off the TGV and then left for the airport at 5am the next nothing, he was on the same shift yet was very friendly and helpful.

  Staff very friendly - The room and ensuite were newly refurbished in an interesting arty style and bright colours, which I liked. The room seemed so new, as if I was the first person to stay in it! Hopefully it will age well. The hotel is in a sidestreet, so not too much traffic noise, but very convenient for Gare du Nord.

  Great location, very nice staff, quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to many main attractions. A lot of shops and a few metro stops just couple hundred meters from the hotel. Room very small but with a nice clean, reasonably large bathroom. Cheap city bike rental possible but I walked almost everywhere.   I stayed at this hotel for two nights with friends over the weekend and was thoroughly impressed. Room was clean and spacious even for three people. Beds were really comfortable, shower was big and powerful and the room is advertised as soundproof, and it most definitely was, could barely hear a noise from outside. Hotel - Metro station is 100 metres from hotel and the centre of Paris is reachable in 15 minutes although Metro can be very packed during the rush hours. Hotel is very clean. Bed sheets, towels were refreshed daily and very clean. Hotel staff are very friendly and speak very good English. We were able to leave our luggage with the hotel after checking out whilst we explored a bit more of Paris on our last day. We did not have the hotel breakfast, it looked OK but costly for a family of 5, we used the

  The best hotel we've stayed in in Paris. We travel there regularly for business and this hotel was a real find. Immaculate and really modern. Smaller than hotel rooms in the UK but definitely one of the bigger rooms in Paris that I've stayed in. I don't know how the location would be for sightseeing although you can get everywhere on the tube (two... что говорят » stations within two minutes walk of the hotel). We were also very happy with the service in the hotel, all spoke English and one lady spent a good 15 - Location was very good and close to metro. A few metro stations away from all attractions. Nice staff. Clean room, comfortable, everything functional in bathroom and room. Comfy bed. Good restaurant options close by (bistros and brasserie). Totally recommend Brasserie Renaissance.
