  The whole ambience. It was like being a family member. We stayed in the manoir itself in a room up a stone spiral staircase. The bathroom was small and, as described elsewhere, like a plastic pod, but it served its purpose and we don't spend much time in the bathroom! I do wonder at some of the negative comments left by people. Perhaps they need t... что говорят » o chill out and get a life. The building and grounds were magical for anyone with a sense and appreciation of history. The food was prepared by Natali - An excellent place to stay - definitely would recommend it! Really friendly staff, delicious home-cooked meal in the evening followed by another delicious breakfast the following day! A lovely setting within an easy 5 minute drive into the centre of the medieval town of Laval.
