  Location was fantastic, staff is extremely helpful and polite. Good english as well. The hotel is just fresh refurbished, and very very nice. Will stay there again. - Excellent location, for sights and shopping, small friendly hotel, clean, comfortable and all the facilities at hand.

  I expected less based on reviews (with all due respect to previous reviewers), but surprisingly staff was very service, polite and helpful, also room & bathroom were restored, neat and very clean.   The location of this hotel is perfect- next door to Gare Saint Lazare, which is a central metro/RER station. The location makes it very easy to get around Paris, especially when travelling with a child. It can be hit and miss in a big city but this was just perfect for returning back to after a long day of business.
