The area this hotel is in excellent, and close to the metro (1 minute away). The staff are pleasant to deal with and very helpful. The rooms could use some updating, the furnishings were older but the beds were in good condition and clean. The bathrooms had the most upgrading, but our shower in the twin room was missing a hook for the shower head so we had to tie the shower head to the pipe in order to have a hands-free shower. The water pressure was good. The free use of computer in the lobby

We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

It was a boutique style hotel and very comfortable. We had a suite as it was to celebrate our wedding anniversary and there was every comfort. I love this hotel. Have stayed several times. It is so comfortable and relaxing. Like the honesty bar, the two sitting rooms, the free wifi with no password. Love their house room scent. Great to have somewhere so relaxing in Paris where coming back to the hotel is a real treat.

Even though the hotel was rather 'tired' it had everything I wanted - room service, a kettle in the room, bathrobe, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a hotel for a long time!
