  Very efficient, helpful, friendly staff. The hotel has been recently renovated with beautiful new fittings. Good food served at breakfast. Great location. - Just a great base for Paris. The Metro is just outside the door. Great Hotel and Saint Germain is the place to be. Would use this hotel again.

I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.

We arrived Saturday night, and had us booked into room 01 - unfortunately this is for disabled and although room was good, bathroom was set up for disabled person, with no cubicle or tub! everything open! Angelique, managed to give us a triple for same price for 1st night and then ... что говорят » to our booked double (52) on following 2 nights! Can´t comment on Breakfast ,as we love to buy fresh bread & coffee/juice in the morning and make - Very clean, intimate rooms. Have to mention that the people make this hotel a well worth stay. Reception staff, particularly Angelique and house made staff were courteous and attentive to all our needs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking at budget value for money accommodation
