  On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Service is great and professional, also consierge service. We liked that hotel being in the center is standing in a quite place. This hotel is for pleasure, relax, good mood.

  Have previously stayed at this hotel, which was why we came back. Staff extremely polite and helpful, hotel clean and well situated for my need during the stay. (Was visiting Paris to attend the French open tennis championships). - Great location. Bus is 2 blocks away. Supermarket half a block from hotel.   Good location just off Champ Elsyees, excellent helpful friendly staff, lovely room. - Near to the champs elysee ( 5 min. Walking), staff are nice and helpfull( we came early from the airport but we did not find any problemchecking in to the room).

Free WiFi, car parking, brilliant price for a place only three stops from Eiffel Tower. Unlike some Suite Novotels, this one has a real bathroom and toilet not a plastic module.
