The hotel is exactly what it claims to be. Nothing too flashy but clean, comfortable, well priced and in a great location. The staff were all friendly and spoke good English. We were only travelling for a weekend so had small, light bags and this hotel suited us well... if travelling with larger bags I would consider other options as the elevator is very small and is not accessible from the ground floor.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and English was always available. The location was great, a few blocks from the Louvre, We walked most places and used the Metro at times and took the RER to Versailles. All these were close and good restaurants too. Would love to come back. -

Location was fantastic, in the posh section of Latin Quarter with nice shops, wonderful cafes, very near the Seine. Even our budget priced room had a good size balcony for taking in the sights. The room was old, however, this can certailnly be forgiven considering the price which was only 50% of what some of the newer hotels charge.
