The staff was extremely helpful at all times - they even arranged a last minute ride to the airport for us due to a transit strike - The staff was very friendly and helpful. All spoke English well enough to answer any concerns or questions we had. The metro was just a short walk away with easy access to all of Paris. Anything not available in the

Really nice hotel, nice staff they speak english even a little bit spanish.
The room was nice and worth the price, i was expecting something less because of the price.

Clean rooms (everything was already renovated), good breakfast, rooms are medium size(like in Paris!), good location ( it is very close to bus station which goes to city center, to the Metro station and Tram station), good small restaurants nearby for dinner.
