The staff was extremely helpful at all times - they even arranged a last minute ride to the airport for us due to a transit strike - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel and very very convenient for the Porte de Versailles exhibition halls. Nice restaurants nearby also. - Facilities were exactly as advertised.

yes, lovley room, had a fabulus sleep, could not figure out the tv, but realized it was just a loose connection in the back of the tv. - Location and hotel staff are excellent

we needed to be close to the expo centre and this hotel was abount a fifteen minute walk away, just also across the road was a metro station which was convenient for getting around paris. Clean rooms (everything was already renovated), good breakfast, rooms are medium size(like in Paris!), good location ( it is very close to bus station which goes to city center, to the Metro station and Tram station), good small restaurants nearby for dinner.

It is a very nice hotel. They renewed it this year (it was Ideal hotel
previously). I liked new furniture and bathroom. The bed was big enough
and very comfortable. Breakfast is a little bit expensive 12eur, but
very good (not only croissants:) ). Receptionist was able to speak
polish! :) -

We stayed here 4 nights in May 2013, for our 10 years marriage anniversary. The hotel is 20-30 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. The staff is very friendly although we didn't communicate a lot as we were in the hotel only for sleeping, because every day we were leaving the hotel at 8:00 and coming back after all day sightseeing Paris after 23:00. area for solo women. Good cafes/basic shopping nearby. Rooms were
quiet. Elevator small but lifted 500 lbs with no problem.
