  This hotel was so central to everything. You can stroll across and have breakfast in the Luxembourg gardens. At night walk around and over the bridges. Opposite the louvre. 5 minutes walk from musee d orsay Metro Station. The staff spoke very good English. Just outside the 6th arrondissement.   Brighton has a very competitive room rate for a 4-star hotel in such location (2-minutes walk to Rivoli/Louvre, St Honore, Place de Vendôme) and it has done a good job at the lobby design and maintaining its tidiness. Bathroom is spacious too with good quality toiletries (high quality - The hotel is located in the perfect place for sightseeing near the Louvre, Place du la Concord and the Champ Elysee and you can get the hop on / off buses from very near by. We had a deluxe City view room and the view over the Jardin and the Effiel Tower were amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the room size generous. We were on the 3rd floor and we could barely hear the traffic on the busy street below.

  Location was fantastic, in the posh section of Latin Quarter with nice shops, wonderful cafes, very near the Seine. Even our budget priced room had a good size balcony for taking in the sights. I would definitely stay here again. - Friendly and helpful staff, the room was warm and clean, the French continental breakfast was excellent and the location was spot on for a lot of the Parisien sights and bars and restaurants. The room was old, however, this can certailnly be forgiven considering the price which was only 50% of what some of the newer hotels charge.
