  Very efficient, helpful, friendly staff. The hotel has been recently renovated with beautiful new fittings. Good food served at breakfast. Great location. - Just a great base for Paris. The Metro is just outside the door. Great Hotel and Saint Germain is the place to be. Would use this hotel again.

That included phoning a restaurant for me to confirm reservations that I had made through a website. The location of the hotel was ideal for us. I think two people would have been cramped - but for me it was great (besides who needs a large room when you're in Paris?) I read a lot of reviews before I decided on this hotel. I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.

Located in a quiet side street away from crowds & noise. The front desk service was warm,friendly, prompt & congenial. Fairly well stocked mini bar although we did not use it.

  The staff were very friendly & helpful. We needed laundry the very first night in Paris and they found for us within walking distance and open on a Saturday night. All week they went above what we asked for. The neighborhood was very fun. Always something to watch from our window. Loved the vitality of the area.
