The staff were amazingly helpful in all ways. They helped us get around the city easily, gave good suggestions for meals and were always gracious and patient! The room was a bit small but outfitted with great storage, very cozy, comfortable and outfitted with little details. Very very clean! The view onto the terrace was so quaint and beautiful! We hope to go back someday!

The location is perfect and the hotel is very romantic. We came to Paris from Turkey for our wedding. Concierge (especially Christophe) helped a lot to us. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Pont Royal for this wonderful experience. We will come there again.

It was a boutique style hotel and very comfortable. We had a suite as it was to celebrate our wedding anniversary and there was every comfort. The staffs were very helpful. We booked the room months before and whatever questions we had about the area (from where to park etc) they responded very quickly. The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day.
