  The location was great, there are 2 metro stops, bakerie, cheese dairies, cafes, restaurants, boutiques next to the hotel. Although the rooms are small, they clean and really confortable. Highly recommended! - Great location for the price. Restaurants are a close distance to the hotel and the metro is less than a Km away.   the hotel is undergoing a complete refurbishment and new rooms are very nicely done - nothing flash but very clean, modern and everything you need. Will be better when refurb finished. Great central location 5 mins walk from L'Opera in very quiet side-street off busy boulevard. You could come back anytime at night and breakfast in the morning was great (just coffee and bread).
