  I expected less based on reviews (with all due respect to previous reviewers), but surprisingly staff was very service, polite and helpful, also room & bathroom were restored, neat and very clean.   Отель замечательный, очень приветливый персонал, владеющий английским языком. Комнаты чистые и не такие маленькие, как обычно в Европе. Убирались каждый день, полотенца меняли по нашему желанию, достаточно оставить их на полу. Местоположение тоже очень удачное, рядом 2 станции метро, а до лувра идти 10 минут. - Отель хороший. (We never got around to eating their "petit dejeuner", but it was available for an extra fee.)

Easy walk to Willi's Wine Bar at 13 Rue de Petiti Champs, a small high quality restaura - The location was fairly convenient and within walking distance to many shopping streets, and even to the Louvre. The rooms were also nicely decorated and well maintained. Three of us shared a room and we were given a duplex room which gave us much privacy and space. The staff members were also friendly and very helpful. We checked in early and they allowed us to deposit our luggage before our room was ready. The Italian restaurant beside the hotel serves wonderful pastas (big servings!) - great
