  I expected less based on reviews (with all due respect to previous reviewers), but surprisingly staff was very service, polite and helpful, also room & bathroom were restored, neat and very clean. It can be hit and miss in a big city but this was just perfect for returning back to after a long day of business. The staff members were also friendly and very helpful. We checked in early and they allowed us to deposit our luggage before our room was ready.
