  Everything was great. Staff was friendly, wireless internet was 3 Euro 50 for the entire stay, rooms were comfortable and clean. Close to the A and D Tram lines. - All staff pleasant and helpful..lots of smiles. The room was extremely clean, everything worked. I will be a repeat customer. Quiet and great breakfast!

  The overall experience is a little unconventional as this is a residential unit that is being rented out. When we first arrive, we were sure if we were in the right place. A quick phone call confirmed that in fact we were in the right place. The unit owners showed up a few minutes later and helped us to our room. The location was also ideal, literally minutes walking time to the Cathedral and other attractions. Finally, the proprietor, Benedicte, was absolutely lovely -- she insisted on picking me up at the train station, kept my bag on the last day after check-out and delivered it to me

Free Wi-Fi a plus and necessary for today's traveler. The vegetarian restaurant two doors down was very good, handy and the owner helpful in delivering a late meal to our room.

  We booked the connecting double/triple rooms. It was absolutely perfect for our family! My husband and I took the double and our 3 boys had the triple. The hotel's location is great!
