Every member of staff was friendly and helpful in providing information about the surrounding neighborhood and shops. They were more than happy to take care of our luggage for early check-in while our room was being made up. Room was small but very comfortable. Excellent boutique hotel in the most central Paris area! The staff was more than helpfull and kind and they all could speak english, which is a rare thing in France. The hotel was also surprisingly very clean, another rare thing in Paris specifically. The location has also been extremely convenient, everything was on walking distance and we didn't had to get any other transport mean. We will definately choose this hotel again if returning to Paris.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a free upgrade to the executive room and they are massive rooms with the biggest bed you've ever seen. Very nice bathrooms with shower and bath. The location of this hotel is perfect, in the centre of Paris yet in the peace and quiet of L'Isle de Louis. We booked a double room but were upgraded to a triple room at the top of the building. Ideal location for sightseeing in Paris. Located in vicinity to Louvre. You can walk to all famous touristic places easily from Louvre to Notre Dame. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was bigger than we expected but clean and tidy with TV-panel on the wall. Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.
