Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was a bit small but perfect if you don't have to spend all of your time there. Confortable bed. Everything was very clean! Totally recommended!!!! - I have stayed at many hotels at all price levels in Paris over the last 20 years and this stay was amoungst the best. A great hotel experience, great value, great location, great service attitude- does not get any better at this level!Highly recomended.Eian- Australia.

  Great location and friendly, helpful staff. This apt is just a few blocks from the Louvre, but it is located in a quiet backstreet. Since we were traveling with our two children, this was a better and cheaper option than a hotel. We rented the "cozy" studio (4th floor walk-up) but we were upgraded to the larger, 2nd floor "urban" on the second d... что говорят » ay because the hot water heater broke. The building manager spoke English and took the time to show us how everything worked (washer-drier, WIFI, TV) - Very good location in center of Paris All sights within walking distance. But difficult to find the hotel without navigator. If you have heavy luggage you can ask hotel staff bring it to your room, because there is a no elevator. Rooms are very nice with all what you need. Near the hotel you can find many restaurants. I very recommend restaurant with kitchen of Lyon's region.

  The apartment was perfect for our stay. It was very close to the Metro Station making is easy to get around the city. There were "4" people in our group and having "2" bedrooms/bathrooms was awesome. After being out all day, it was nice to have such a spacious place to return to for the evening. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! Frederick and the hotel staff couldn't have made our stay nicer!!!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.
