My room was Clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything I needed. VERY short walk to the Metro, restaurants, shopping, and Notre Dame & Centre Pompidou.   this is our 3rd stay at the villa mazarin. the staff is always very friendly helpful and eager to speak english, which we greatly appreciate. we love this hotel and consider it a home away from home. the rooms are cozy and decorated beautifully and the breakfast is something we think about all year long!
