The room is clean and not too small (as usual in Paris). Small kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is clean and large. The residence is not far from metro station "Bastile" (2 min. walk) and from Gare de Lyon (5 min. walk). -

Отель замечательный, находится в бизнес-зоне Парижа - метро 5 мин ходьбы. Номер попался двух уровневый ... балкон был (правда вид на стройку,но сам факт),Для Парижа просто супер!2 ванные комнаты, 2 спальни.На верхнем этаже кухня, посуда для готовки (мы правда не пользовались), чайник, кофеварка, тостер, микроволновка) -

They guided as well in how to go about local sight seeing, arranging taxi service etc. Rooms and toilets are clean and the kitchenette is very convenient as we could cook foods on our own choice. Metro, tram and supermarkets are close which helped us lot. The seine river is just 50 meter walk distance. A small evening walk around river seine is a lovely experience. My baby enjoyed the stay. -
The reception staff were excellent. The location was perfect, minutes
from the train station. The room was immaculate. The location was
minutes from the River Seine and withing walking distance to the Gare de
Lyon train and bus station and the Notre Dame Cathedral.

The room was quite comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped. - Location, 3 metro lines in front of the building and a commercial center next door. Facilities to stay in a well equipped apartment. Friendly staff.

This hotel is located in a lovely, quite corner of the 20th arr.,
Adjacent to the famous Pere Lachaise Cemetery. Rooms have kitchenette
facilities, which helps with costs, since dining out in Paris can be
very expensive, even in modest cafes. The staff was courteous and
helpful, the rooms well furnished and beds comfortable. I suppose it is
the French custom to clean hotel rooms only once a week, or so was our
experience. That was ok for us, since we tend toward neatness in our at-
home lives.
