The lady in the hotel was super nice and welcoming! She was a delight
first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. Location is
great, a stone-throw from the station Gare du Lyon and two metro lines.

It's located next to a station in the main line of the metro (the one that crosses all the important places of paris). The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was well served. The location: in Bastille, a couple of kilometers away from the most interesting stuff, the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. Easily walkable. Also, near the Gare de Lyon train station. There are a lot of coffeeshops and most importantly, supermarkets, nearby.

In fact I didn't stay at the hotel but booked it for two of our grandchildren and a friend. They enjoyed their stay and found the hotel very convenient for the Gare de Lyon and transport to Charles de Gaulle.

Plenty of hot water; room was a decent size. - The room was quiet, clean and contained everything necessary (even a TV that was not!). Proximity to Gare de Lyon was the main reason of my choice.

The room and bathroom were a great size. Plenty of room to place luggage. There is a lift which isn't common when staying in Paris so the lift was small but useful. The wifi was fast. The room and bathroom were very clean. The facilities were modern and well looked after. It was close to the metro station (Place d'Italie).

We stayed in a very good room (small but very nice). We were very well attended, even when we realize that the announcement was booking with items that do not exist in the hotel. For example, with bath. They justified that was incorrect information and we provided one of the breakfasts as courtesy. I recommend it strongly.

I could not fault this hotel. It was great value for Paris. It's not luxury, but it had everything I needed. The water was always hot. The room was well heated. Everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent location - 5 minute walk to the Metro and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. The staff were helpful and pleasant. -
