Staff were very helpful, friendly. Room was clean and decoration was excellent. The pool and the fitness areas were a surprise regarding its location in downtown Paris - Very comfortable accommodation with tea and coffee facility. Rooms fresh and clean. Nice atmosphere and a nice little shopping area with resturants and cafes with great breakfast/brunch facilities just around the corner. Good connections to city center with Metro. I love this hotel. Have stayed several times. It is so comfortable and relaxing. Like the honesty bar, the two sitting rooms, the free wifi with no password. Love their house room scent. Great to have somewhere so relaxing in Paris where coming back to the hotel is a real treat.

The hotel is within 5 minutes walk of two metro stops, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nice. We stayed at only budget hotels throughout our vacation in Europe and this was one of the nicer ones. - Location and friendly staff.

The staff were really helpful and were happy to put our stroller in the cloak room each night so we didn't have to struggle with it in the tiny elevator. Also we had left a small item behind and they were happy to post it back to us.

The decors of the Hotel is really very good. I had booked a classic room, but was lucky to get an upgrade to superior. I absolutely loved the carpet furnishing in the room.The bed was comfortable and overall the room was very well furnished with modern wardrobes (lights upon opening etc.). The hotel staff were very friendly, accomodative and made my stay a pleasure!.
