The staff was extremely helpful at all times - they even arranged a last minute ride to the airport for us due to a transit strike - The staff was very friendly and helpful. C'est magnifique! My husband and I had a fabulous time on our first trip to Paris and I have to say, your staff was greatly responsible! The front desk staff, particularly Julian and Brendan (?he worked nights), were so incredibly friendly and so very helpful in directing us to restaurant areas, monuments, etc., that we almost didn't need any map

I don't think I would have enjoyed our experience in France anymore, even in a high end hotel. It felt like staying with family ( in all the good ways).

It is a very nice hotel. They renewed it this year (it was Ideal hotel
previously). I liked new furniture and bathroom. The bed was big enough
and very comfortable. Breakfast is a little bit expensive 12eur, but
very good (not only croissants:) ). Receptionist was able to speak

Really nice hotel, nice staff they speak english even a little bit spanish.
The room was nice and worth the price, i was expecting something less because of the price.
