Very helpful reception staff who spoke English and appreciated my
attempts to speak in French. Comfortable room. Good simple breakfast.
You can park by the hotel to unload and then drive a short distance to
the public car park near the Gendarmerie. For ten Euros returnable
deposit you can borrow a free parking card. Kaysersberg is a lovely

Once arrived they offered us a free upgrade to a suite: Jacuzzi and large shower ensuite, it had a very nice view on Kayserberg's main street. Kaysesberg in an Alsacian gem and this hotel is the cherry of the cake! The three gourmet restaurants of are absolutely GORGEOUS and worth the visit. Kind and very well prepared staff .Our room view were the vineyards...not bad at all!!

were very friendly and although parking was chargeable in the town

Absolutely wonderful room with a large balcony and garden chairs, table and parasol - lovely to relax on.
Nice views from Balcony. Nice village. Lots wine tasting in walking distance. Good for cycling.
Very comfortable, beds ggod, great pillows, good quality bathroom. Clean, well decorated, modern and tasteful in the room, but the hotel is an old abby.
Best to stay here and eat at Swendi as the abby doesnt offer evening meals unfortunately.
