  The Eden hotel was perfectly located, so comfortable, well maintained and clean. The hospitality was absolutely exceptional. Everything from the breakfast to the to the library to the shutters was designed with love and abundant concern for the comfort of guests.   The hotel was ideally located close by the station and in the town centre. The building has plenty of character and is well maintained. The staff were all helpful and welcoming. It is a real French Hotel but communication for us was straightforward despite us not being fluent speakers. The air conditioning was vital and performed fantastically.   We paid €100 a night for this hotel and it was incredible value formoney. We had a huge terrace, a separate lounge and kitchen and bedroomand bathroom!   The staff were amongst the friendliest we came along whilst travelling through France recently. The location, being only one street away from the beach was perfect and the hotel is right in the middle of an area containing the best mix of bars, cafes and restaurants on the Cote d'zur. JLP was a perfect place to stay on the coast being in the middle and only a short wa - Villa d'Elsa was such a wonderful find! It was just gorgeous! The Reception staff were very helpful and attentive! The interior was so quirky and had every amenity required! It was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom and great bed! The location was awesome as well. Close to the beach and to so many great little cafes, bars and restaurants! Very Affordable and if we are lucky enough to go to Juan les Pins again it will definitely be where we stay! Thank you so much!
