Price/quality ratio of this hotel was very good (Paris' hotels are in general very expensive). Do not expect the most luxurious hotel with all facilities, but if you want a clean and relatively new hotel (2011) with all basic amenities for a price which is humble compared to sky high priced hotels within the Boulevard Perepherique, than you're at

The location is not in the city centre, but a 10 minutes walk and a 15 minutes metro ride brings you to the city centre. Halfway the hotel and the metrostation (Gabriel Peri) you can find 2 supermarkets, a bakery and a chinese restaurant. The staff is very friendly. Although you can park outside for free it's better to park in the secured parking area for € 10 per day.
The hotel is in a quiet and quite safe area.

Location: in the middle of a lively area that stays awake throughout most of the night (hotel is adjcent to Moulin Rouge), it is also 50m from an entrance to the metro. Still at night, if the windows are shut - the room is quiet and cozy.
Size: it is certainly not large, but compared to other places at this price range we managed (with 5/8yr old kids) perfectly well inside - anything more may become an issue!
Everything inside seemed to work fine, we even managed to cook one meal :)

Fantastic Location if you want a room just to sleep and are more worried about the location thi is it 2mins from arc de triomphe metro station and air france coach stop it was brilliant - Close proximity to city centre.
