Splendid hotel, lots to like, and first and foremost must come the
extremely friendly and accommodating staff that couldn’t have been more
polite or helpful!
Other than that the mountain view was excellent.
The room was great with the wood panelled walls, fittings and furnishings giving it a chalet feel that we loved.

Everything about this hotel was surprisingly good, all thought the hotel is situated a short distance from the centre of Chamonix, the bus and train service (both stops located 100 mtrs from the hotel) is very good even on Holidays and weekends. The staff service was just exceptional. The friendliness and willingness to offer assistance and make arrangements was much appreciated. In particular Letiticia and Anton made us feel right at home. The renovation to the Hotel is fantastic, and facilities were first class. The health spa and pool was excellent and we made use of these often. -

the location of this hotel is very convenient. if u r travelling to Switzerland it is enroute to Switzerland. it is not very far away from city center and the hotel card provides u free bus service to Chamonix center. my family like the location of hotel very much. totally recommended for young honey moon couple and family too. -

Great location with very nice view of mountains on both sides of the house. Resident manager Dmitri was very friendly and helpful. Our booked family room was not available but he made 2 rooms available to us. Being slightly away from the busy and noisy Chamonix was also a plus. -

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and every assistance was
given to us. The room was clean and tidy and each day the cleaning
and tidying whilst we were out was faultless. Breakfast was excellent
and generous in quantity. We were given helpful advice each day to
make the most of ourstay and on the last day the luggage storage and
shower meant we could have a full day skiing before our trip home.
