  This hotel is one of the best hotels I stayed in ever. First of all, the location of the hotel is amazing... right in the middle of the city center and very close to everything. There were all kinds of shops and supermarkets footsteps away. The view of the hotel is unreal.... you can see the entire Mont Blanc mountain from the window. The breakfast was really good with lots - Great hotel in a superb location. Staff are the best! We got terrific tips for day trips, restaurants and always, always a friendly smile. We felt as if were were at home. The spa after hiking and sightseeing is excellent! Rooms are beautiful and so tastefully decorated. Breakfast is 12 Euros and well worth it--delicious!! Can't say enough about the top service and staff--go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We'll be back! Room 102 is magnifique with view of Mont Blanc and balcony.

I had a 3rd floor room with balcony, and incredible view of Mont Blanc. This was fantastic. The rooms were very nice, and beds/bedding confortable. Location was excellent, I could walk into town. Hotel had a countryside feel, which was really nice. The outdoor area was also nice - chaise lounges, picnic tables,etc. - Although a short stay of only 2 nights we enjoyed the rooms at theChalet. Beautiful views with a rustic atmosphere in the rooms and hotel;it is overall very enchanting. Not very far from the resort centre andsuitable for children given the lovely playground they have in betweenthe Hotel and the Chalet. We'll sure visit again. Very good breakfastand attentive staff.

  I really enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the hotel: its like we've been to fairy tale! The view on the Mountain from the balcony was just perfect! I liked the cleanliness, the super breakfast for only 15 euro! If the weather is good you can see Mont Blanc from your terrace and the golf club's territory what is pleasant for the eyes and there are no other hotels back to back - silence all around( we lived on the second floor, room with Mont Blanc view).   Great Historic hotel since 1914! Its in the Downtown central Chamonix shopping street! Great mountain view to the French Alps from the 4th floor. Old style large rooms. - The staff were extremely friendly and spoke a little English which helped. Breakfast was basic but served the purpose and everything that was there was good quality.
