  Well, first of all this hotel is mostly about staff. Alessandro and Mary were so amazing, kind, nice, caring and helpful that they made our whole experience perfect. They would never reject help no matter what we asked for and even in the way they speak it is clear that they don't fake it. Even though on a busy street we didn't suffer from noise as the rooms are well sound proofed.   room, was perfect and comfortable and hotel very central - The owner was so helpful. Provided town plans, helped us find the cheapest parking and was always cheerful. He even saved us money by finding a cheaper alternative to the rooms booked!

The room was clean basic and freshly painted, situated one block back from the Main Street (opp: la croisette ) Great location. 100mts from coastline.
