  Well, first of all this hotel is mostly about staff. Alessandro and Mary were so amazing, kind, nice, caring and helpful that they made our whole experience perfect. They would never reject help no matter what we asked for and even in the way they speak it is clear that they don't fake it. It was more than we could have expected and asked for. The - The staff was very helpful; the room was basic, but clean and for the cheap price we paid it was really perfect. The hotel is at walking distance to the sea and the Palais des Festivals.

  I loved the design and cleanliness of this hotel. Staff were excellent, very helpful and professional. Really nice bedroom and bathroom. Fantastic location very close to main shopping area, beaches and to Palais de Festivals on the Croisette.   The location was excellent - minutes away from the railway station and not far from the bus station, beach and old town. Large modern room and bathroom which were very clean. Even though on a busy street we didn't suffer from noise as the rooms are well sound proofed. The beach can be reached within 5 mins walk making the location excellent. - the hotel is very close to the railway station.rooms are small but very comfortable.Minibar a plus as there is a supermarket next door, as we didn't take the breakfast option.We had a small balcony which added to the comfort of our room. Noise not a problem.Short walk to beach front and all attractions.You don't have to spend a fortune to stay in Cannes

  room, was perfect and comfortable and hotel very central - The owner was so helpful. Provided town plans, helped us find the cheapest parking and was always cheerful. He even saved us money by finding a cheaper alternative to the rooms booked!
