  A fantastic end to a great week. A big thank you to Oliver and his family for making our stay a great one. Great hosts and a big shout to Oliver's dad who must be one of the best chefs kicking about. It's been a long time since I ate food as good. It's not often you come across a guy who cares as much about the food he cooks. Awesome. The owners were warm and friendly, helping us with information on the surrounding area. Overall, and excellent place to stay, even in winter!

  The accommodation is beautifully presented , decor lovely , very comfortable and cozy . The restaurant is excellent and we enjoyed a real great meal . The lady owner/manager was really friendly , helpful and concerned that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The breakfast is amazing . All local produce . And can be served on your terrac... что говорят » e outside your room.The staff were lovely . This hotel is a little gem . Treat yourself !! - The owners treat this property like a jewel. The rooms are modern, clean, comfortable, and well laid out. Their consideration is reflected in little things: a warm greeting, lovely breakfast with homemade jams, local butter, farm yogurt, and local 'pain'. Upon our departure, the husband/chef came out to our car to bid us farewell. 'See you again' is more like it.

  I had been to Brantome the year before on a sightseeing trip from the Limousin and had thought it a rather delightful place, so for a treat we decided to come back this way for an extra night stop on our way home and use the Charbonnel as the restaurant is often recommended in guide books. Well the food was excellent and the waiter service the ... что говорят » best I have ever had anywhere I would visit again for the food alone. - Great location. Excellent walking opportunities. We were in the annex so enjoyed a lovely large room with our car parked safely under our window. Staff offered help in getting suitcases upstairs. Comfortable bed and pillows.
