  staff was very friendly. they speak English and were very helpful with explanation of how to get to their hotel. When we were leaving they organized free shuttle to airport Orly. We are recommending this hotel if you need to overnight near to airport Orly - Receptionist was fantastic and helpful

  The hotel is located away from the main hussle of central paris but due to it's location right next to a metro station and tram line it was the ideal location for getting anywhere you want to go. The service was outstanding and the modern feel of a hotel within such an old building was nice too.   C'est magnifique! My husband and I had a fabulous time on our first trip to Paris and I have to say, your staff was greatly responsible! The front desk staff, particularly Julian and Brendan (?he worked nights), were so incredibly friendly and so very helpful in directing us to restaurant areas, monuments, etc., that we almost didn't need any map... что говорят » s. - The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and warm. The food was standard French breakfast fare, and the rooms were neat and clean. I don't think I would have enjoyed our experience in France anymore, even in a high end hotel.
