  My partner and I were very comfortable at the hotel even though we only stayed 2 nights within our itinerary. I chose the hotel due to value for money and it's great location near the beach, shops and restaurants.   The hotel is very well located - in a quiet area just a few stops on the tram from the Old Town. The villa was built in 1869 and the host does his best to maintain the air of antiquity in his hotel. The rooms are very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is very delicated and beautiful,you can enjoy the strong mediterranean elements.It a fair good location,it takes 5 mins to drive to the city center.Moreover,good price in Nice during summer peak season.

  What a wonderful place. All the staff were incredibly charming and helpful. The hotel isn't in St Paul but it's only 5 minutes walk (which is quite useful when working off dinner!). We didn't use the swimming pool or facilities as the weather wasn't great but it all looked very clean. Do bear in mind, they do snacks there up to 10pm but if you want dinner, head - we stayed in room 18 which is a suite with a terrace and was a good sized, comfortable room and great to have a drink on the terrace. the general feel of the place is a relaxing hamlet. it was very peaceful. the service and general facilities are a good 3/4 star and not as stuffy as some 5star places are. parking is good and it is a ten minute walk to St. Paul but there is a good 'locals' restaurant 5 minutes away.

  This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel and it was even nicer than the last time. I'm almost reluctant to recommend it because I want to keep it just for us! Joelle and Fronc are so nice, they make the whole experience such a pleasure. The location is stunning, and the beautiful garden is a bonus.
