  We were pleasantly surprised by the Ibis CDG. We booked a family room for our transit stay at the CDG before flying back home to KL. We were expecting a crammed little room to share with our teenage kids and a hassle to go from one terminal to the other. Everything went so smoothly as shuttle was clearly marked. We had dinner at the Ital - The room was cosy, clean and had all facilities that were required. The Ibis airport was a perfect location to stay in Paris because its a lot cheaper and value for money than staying in Paris centre.....which was so overpriced for terrible rooms! Right outside the hotel is the RER which has a direct train line to Paris centre. It was perfect for us to catch the trains around Paris especially from the airport hotel.
