Standards as expected from the hotel . The location next to the commercial area /open mall is great

I cancelled one room eith letsbookhotel.com but I was charged by the hotel for the cancelled room without telling me. They said it was no show and I cheked in at the hotel. I could have use the room for other friends in case they did not get the camcelation from letsbookhotel.com. Not a fair deal for me. Please pay attention for the comunication with thus hotel. I even send to them my cancelation and did not return my money. Regards. Alvaro p
