Having never been to Guiaquil and traveling with my 16 year old daughter
I was pleased that I was able to call the hotel directly from Chicago
and ask to be met at the airport....and it happened! We were met by a
very pleasant person and taken directly to the hotel . We stayed on the

It was my second stay in this hotel and I liked most of it. Breakfast is perfect, restaurants are perfect. Room is huge, bed is very comfortable. Stuff in the bathroom is very good.

The Palace Hotel is right in the middle of everything. It's close to the riverfront, shops and main tourist sites.
The staff are very helpful, the rooms are comfortable, breakfasts are tasty and the airport transfers went off without a hitch.

The staff was wonderful. I left some things in the closet and called a couple of days later and they found my things and arranged for me to get them. Rooms are very comfortable. -

Lovely hotel, conveniently located close to the Airport and in the heart of the city. The staff is courteous and polite. Breakfast is quite expensive, but very good. The location is ideal (very close to the old city, and directly on
Melacon), the staff are very kind and helpful, the rooms are gorgeous
and clean, what's not to like? Breakfast was fresh and rather tasty,
they will book a cab for you and come to your room to tell you when it
arrives, free wifi, great price, again- what's not to like?
