  So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude!   The rooms were quite spacious, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, the staff was sweet and helpful, the breakfast excellent with a wide selection of food. There is a cool bar half a block away for a nighcap or whatever and it was convenient to the tube. - Very friendly staff, rooms were very big and clean and breakfast wasexcellent.   This is the very nice hotel. There are so kind staff, a breakfest is not bad, a big pretty room, everyday cleaning, etc. Important for turists it is a very good place. The many touristic objects are right there, just 5-10 minutes by walk. We exactly will be stay in this hotel in next trip to Praha! It can be difficult for them to climb steep stairs. - The location is great, in the heart of the city but not in the crazy heart. You go up there is the castle you go down there is the Charl's bridge. On the way amazing restaurants very cheap and delicious. The beds are comfortable, bathroom is good. Close to the park where you can have picnic with the view to the city. Staff is very friendly.

  Просторный номер и балкон - I stayed in the superior room which was indeed that.View from room is amazing and room was large enough to host parents and two young children (10 months, 3.5 yrs) - Exellent city view from the balkony (Executive floor).
