Great design. Very cool atmosphere. Great bathroom. Complimentary prosseco with breakfast. Those who commented on the lighting system being complicated may be a little technophobic. It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.

  Чистота, порядок и тишина. - It was absolutely lovely. The staff was gracious, made us feel welcome. It felt like old world charm. Of course it was expensive but it was definately worth the price. We used all the facilities, especially the fitness center. We also requested a late check-out which they accommodated. - The hotel staff was so help... что говорят » ful and obliging. We had a problem with the fridge in our room and within 5 minutes a new fridge was being put in! Also the service in the restaurant and bar was impeccable. I cant fault anything about this hotel.

Nice cellar bar and classic sitting room. All spotlessly clean. Courtesy room with shower towels etc and luggage lockers for late departure - Information we needed was readily available. The staff spoke English well enough that they understood our requests. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

Не очень понравилось, что из номера надо было уехать ровно в 12.00, если хочешь остаться еще на пару часиков, то надо платить 20 евро, хотя мы были не в сезон и отель не был заполнен.
