Room itself is OK, big and clean, teakettle is good idea too. - Martin was so helpful and welcoming. He took the time to explain the tram system- it was only 4 stops into the City. He told us where to find the local restaurant, bar and shops. The area is very safe to walk round at night which we liked as the apartment is next to the park. Matin kindly waited with us until the minibus arrived to take us to the airport. Brilliant holiday

  So I messed up the booking... but they were amazing sorting it out! We got there and we realised we booked for the weekend after. The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude!   It was such a great experience to stay in Loreta Hotel. The hotel was actually connected with the Loreta Church and it is 5 mins walk to the Prague Castle. The traffic is also very convenient.
