  The hotel staff is very cooperative and very kind. I can say I was treated as a queen there. The rooms are clean and comfortable, I was brought a kind of complimentary cookies upon arrival which made very nice impression. There is a small gym, infrared sauna whirpool and solarium. Rooms are very well made and an extra effort is made at all level. Probably the best hotel experience I had in Central europe.

  Good spacious room on top floor, street noise from pubs in street below not noticed at night. Had left some camera memory cards behind in room, contacted hotel and Katerina from front desk sent them on to us. Top marks for that! - Great location, well appointed rooms, clean, friendly staff, comfy beds.

  I use to stay in this hotel when I am in Ostrava. Everything is perfect. Nice room, good Wifi connection, excellent restaurant. All you can expect froom a good hotel, mainly for business purposes. - My second stay here due to the proximity of the office and good public transit availability.   Don't look much from the outside, but is very nice inside. Absolutely a hotel and restaurant to recomend if your trip goes to Ostrava. A little outside the centre but with trams right outside the travelling is easy and cheap. I've heard that it's one of the best hotels in Ostrava at a reasonable price.   The Zamek Zabreh is an impeccably restored 16th century building that is really very comfortable. The food is great, as is the beer made in their own brewery. The staff is just pleasant and always have genuine smiles on their faces.   Easy to find. Convenient for tram and trolleybus services to railway station. Pleasant building (inside - not so good outside!). - The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would like to stay in this hotel again.

  Room was large and clean. Bathroom sparkled and had good free amenities. Hotel bar and restaurant were very high quality. Free breakfast was superb. Car park in front was low cost and easy to get in/out.
