  The apartment was very nice and clean, looked exactly like on the pictures. The cleaning lady showed up every day and did a very thorough job. The staff is extremely helpful. Очень вежливый, приветливый персонал, готовый всегда помочь (обращались за покупкой билетов на хоккей - все сразу сделали). Есть чайные уголки на этажах с неограниченным количеством кофе, чая и т.п.. Это очень удобно для тех, кто любит это и при необходимости может сэкономить бюджет (у кого он ограничен). Продукты продаются в магазинчиках в 3-х минутах ходьбы от отеля. Хорошая транспортная доступность (метро и трамваи в нескольких минутах ходьбы).

  My wife & I were pleasantly surprised at this small boutique hotel. It is located right in the middle of Prague's Old Town and close to Charles Bridge. All major attractions are within an easy walk (even for a pair of middle aged people). There are great restaurants right on the doorstep or again an easy walk to the square. We would highly recommend the Aurus Hotel - The staff made Aurus. The girl on reception while we were there (Marina I think, 10th to 12th May) was absolutely brilliant. She was so helpful and seemed happy to help. It was a pleasure to deal with her. She deserves a big bonus as we'd recommend Aurus based on her welcoming and helpful nature! :) There was a little cleaning lady also who seemed very happy and nice.
