Чистота, порядок и тишина. - It was absolutely lovely. The staff was gracious, made us feel welcome. It felt like old world charm. Of course it was expensive but it was definately worth the price. Courtesy room with shower towels etc and luggage lockers for late departure - Information we needed was readily available. The staff spoke English well enough that they understood our requests. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

Room was reasonably clean and tidy and had some seats outside on the verandah which was quite cool. The bathroom was quite big, or should I say, had a huge shower area. The rooms in 6th floor are marvelous and have unique view to the castle or the bridge. The staff was unexpectantly polite . Clean and fresh, good and prompt service - The most interesting hotel I've ever stayed in. Stayed in HoneymoonSuite and had our own Jacuzzi and whirlpool bath. Wonderful history anduniqueness about the hotel, great artwork and finish throughout.Excellent location at the foot of Prague castle. Spa and Wellness centrewas outstanding and again unique.

Other comments have said the breakfast wasn't good but we thought it was great, cereals, meats, cheese, bread, bacon, scrambled egg, drinks. Really useful to have fully equipped kitchen as eating out in Prague quite expensive especially if you are a family.

Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.
