We liked the location of the hotel - just below the Castle. It looks like an old building but nicely renovated. Cosy and romantic, with a lot of wooden and "golden" details. The breakfast room has a beautiful view to the Old town. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, kettle and tea/coffee in the room...We would be happy to stay at Golden Star again.

The location of the hotel is great for exploring the city centre. Our room was spacious, furnished with period furniture, beautifully decorated and very quiet at night. The receptionists and the ladies in the hotel café were really kind. -

The room was amazing (de-luxe room) - even nicer in real life than the photos! And huge - spanning the whole of the 1st floor! The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. Over all a fantastic hotel that added to a fantastic weekend! I would definately recommend to friends and family and if in Prague again would certainly stay

Our room was delightful, having a beautiful decorated ceiling and stained glass windows. The room was large and the bathroom was separate.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the front of house staff spoke good English.
WiFi was free but was inconsistent during our stay. The staff was very apologetic about this so this was unusual.

We had a warm welcoming by a man who was very informative and helpful. All the other staff members were mostly great also (a family is running the hotel). Our room was fantastic with a great view. I LOVED everything about the Domus Henrici Hotel. The location is excellent...very quiet but still close to the attractions. Staff was nice. Bed comfy. Room was large with large bathroom. Location was near the castle. And because it was up the hill, it was quiet (except when the men started weed-wacking at 7 am on Sat). We got lots of exercise walking up the hill instead of taking the bus (wore off the good Prague beer). Enjoyed Karlstejn's castle, too, and the Plzen Urquell beer tour. Check the English tour times before you go. We struggled with the German :-)
