  Very , very, very nice hotel! Located next to the bus and tram stops. You can walk to the subway for 15 minutes. Very friendly girls in the coffee shop combined with the hotel. Quiet, generally safe local neighborhood, still centrally- located but not crawling with tourists. Tram 4/Bus x22 stop directly across the street, or a 10 minute walk to Nemesti Miru Metro. Peter the proprietor is fluent in German and English, and was most accommodating. Breakfast is first rate, with coffee of the same calibre as the café next door.   Nice place for a good price, the room was clean and nice. The location is good - more suitable for people who have already been to Prague and want to see also other parts of the city. On the other hand downtown area is pretty close using the metro. Safe private parking for 12 Euro. - Fantastic value, just 4 minutes from the metro, 6 minutes from ... что говорят » the trams. Breakfast was always delicious and filling. Very, very few complaints. Did I mention the *excellent value*? 6 nights here was cheaper than 2 nights in a comparable hotel in Vienna.

Highly recommended - This hotel was just perfect, even though at first it was not easy to find since I we were travelling by car. Safe parking in a garage was conveniently available nearby. The city centre was only a short bus ride away.
