Our place was not yet made up so the very helpful front desk offered our extremely spacious (4-bed) family appartment or a maisonette-style (4-bed) w/o lift in the building that hosts cafe/breakfast. The location is only about 500m from the town square, the basement of one of its - This was a great Hotel. I booked it with my Father, we had an Apartment with seperate Bedrooms. The Service was very friendly, helpful and professional. They even booked for us a parking Lot in a different Hotel, because it was supervised. The Room is very big, modern, clean and comfortable. Leathersofa, Bathtub, seperate Toilet, Washing Machine, own closet Room for every Bedroom.   We enjoyed very much staying at this motel! The bungalow was clean&spacious, there was plenty of room for parking (we parked right in front of our bungalow), there is greenery around (big park close by and bike route). It's just a short walk (10-15 minutes) to the city center, also at night quite safe even if it's by the forest. The staff speaks mostly German but we found someone with good English, and they were - The room was just what we wanted and needed. Nothing more and nothing less. We were very surprised that the bungalows were cleaned on a daily basis and all staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet was great and the wifi in the reception and restaurant was appreciated. It is good to use Dlouha Louka as a base to discover Southern Bohemia as there isn't much to do in Ceske Budjovice.
