The people,- everyone working in the hotel went above and beyond what I would expect from room service, food service, spa service, and especially front desk service who also helped me with the computers. The location was excellent, walking distance to 2 large malls, bank, shops, and restaurants in the hotel complex. Price reasonable. -

And everyone working in this hotel is so helpful and nice. Definitely if there will be a next trip to Medellin, again I will stay here.

That was my second time been there, two years ago I was there with my sons and granddaughters. For me that is my house at Medellin. I found the value to be excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and the facilities very well presented. I fund the location close to Park Lleras in Zona Rosa to be the best!

Staff was very friendly and open to gave us advice about where to go. The hotel is located right in front of the Atanasio Girardot Sports Center. Estadio metro station is just 3 blocks away from the hotel. Breakfast buffet is neat and has almost everything you usually eat for breakfast. The view from the terrace and rooms is amazing. -
