The people,- everyone working in the hotel went above and beyond what I would expect from room service, food service, spa service, and especially front desk service who also helped me with the computers. The location was excellent, walking distance to 2 large malls, bank, shops, and restaurants in the hotel complex. Price reasonable. -

And everyone working in this hotel is so helpful and nice. Definitely if there will be a next trip to Medellin, again I will stay here.

One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. We had 2 unusual
medical emergencies, and the staff handled them both quickly and
thoroughly, and we were never charged anything for any of it. Very
caring and helpful the entire time. -
The location was perfect and we really enjoyed all the facilities that the hotel offered.
