  The hotel was beautifully presented, very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Of the 3 hotels we have stayed in during our trip, this was by far our standout favorite.   I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights with 3 other colleagues, the hotel facilities were good and the staff excellent, they spoke clear English and were always very helpful. The hotel is located close to the Exhibition Center.   I was impressed, didn't expect too much from my usual experience with Chinese Hotels. One thing I know for sure after staying at the Somerset, I'll be a loyal customer from now on. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the nearest subway and is on the same line as the airport and markets with is good, though they are each some distance away.   The Staff were great and the Hotel is a true 5 Star Hotel. I Found the hotel to be very clean and enjoyed my stay there. This is a very, very good hotel.
