Staff of the hotel not only provide great service as their duty, but
they put effort with the heart and intelligence. Especially people from
open kitchen restaurant.
What I remember most of all - I had some low speed internet problems and complained about that. In 2 minutes (!!) I had a router installed directly in my room.. -

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, it had all the facilities for a family or couple who prefer to do their own cooking and washing. The apartment was very clean and the staff were excellent. We had breakfast a couple of times and that was also excellent. This residence should have 10star rating it was fantastic. -

Very good level of quality throughout. Rooms are comfortable and to a good standard of finish, furnishing etc. Excellent location, in the business district but close to shopping and restaurants and adjacent to the Linhexi subway station that provides a direct link to the airport and connections to other parts of the city. -

I stayed during my business trip, and everything was almost perfect.
Free shuttle service to Canton Fair and back, very good breakfast
(although I'm vegan, I surprisingly had plenty of options, different
fruits every day, and good coffee). Nice and big rooms with all the
facilities ever needed during a short stay. Friendly staff. Location in

Check in staff were warm and friendly and treat customers on a personal note.
The location is central to shopping and digital plaza. Ideal for the dotcoms.
Rooms well equipped and really it felt like home away from home.
Breakfast was well presented,but little choice for the vegetarian .
The sauna/jacuzzi and steam room a little disappointing as no towels are provided and no attendants in the spa centre.

The staff is exceptional -- all spoke English, even the maid. All wentout of their way to be friendly and helpful and gracious. We added on ahalf day, since our flight didn't leave til evening, and the maid camein and made up the room with fresh towels and everything while we wereat lunch. I was in town for attending Canton Fair. Well organized free shuttle service to the Fair.
Made a special request for early check in at 10am which was granted without any extra fees.

Hotel staff were attentive. Rooms were clean. I can say its the best and most respectable hotel in Guangzhou. Shopping malls nearby, good Italian and Turkish restaurants 10 mins away. The staff were attentive and the room service was prompt and the food good. The location is very central and there are lots of western shops and places to eat including the inevitable Starbucks and McDonalds. The room was large and very clean and the bathroom was excellent and very large which for a business hotel is unusual.

Excellent welcome, the moment I stepped into the lobby I was greeted warmly and the check-in went very smoothly. I made a reservation for an Executive Room and when checking in I was offered a cheap upgrade to the Executive Club Floor. Excellent value for money, fantastic breakfast... Also really enjoyed the Club experience! Complimentary drinks and snacks in the late afternoon was a real treat! Been in GZ many times and this was the best hotel I stayed in so far.

действительно квартирка в новом районе гуанчжоу среди "каменных
джунглей". ресепшен на 19 этаже, найти не очень легко, тем более
китайцы почти не говорят по английски, так что запасайтесь схемой
проезда на китайском заранее! уборка каждый день. на мини-кухне посуды
нет никакой! только

много кафе и ресторанчиков - голодными не останетесь!) погулять -
ориентируйтесь на ifc. недалеко -
отличное месторасположение, 5 мин от метро, красивый современный район.

(ее видно), то рядом с набережной небольшой парк, отличное место для
прогулок и отдыха, очень красиво. по вечерам бесплатное шоу поющих
фонтанов (несколько раз за вечер)
